As a combined port of Shanghai international shipping center, container main line port, and the first foreign trade port of Jiangsu, thus it is easy of access. The registered capital is ¥ 100 million. The company mainly engages in manufacturing, processing and marketing glyoxal, glyoxylic acid, and oxalic acid. At present, the company is capable of producing 50,000 tons of glyoxal, 30,000 tons of glyoxylic acid, and 8,000 tons of oxalic acid each year. Oxalic acid is byproduct of glyoxylic acid.
